Sr Solution Architect
Our customer is looking for a Solution Architect to strengthen its architecture team. Experience with IT Service Management tools & Operational Supporting Applications (e.g. monitoring & alerting, automated ticket logging & correlation,…) is a requirement.
The main mission will be to guide the cusotmer during the selection and implementation of a new ITSM tool and setting up integrations with ITSM tools of other parties. We would also like the candidate to be able to review the current way of working of the Architecture team in comparison with other clients.

Challenges
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis
- Meeting with stakeholders: Regularly interact with clients, business analysts, and project managers to understand the business needs and technical requirements.
- Documentation: Create and review requirement documents, ensuring all business and technical requirements are clearly defined.
- Design and Planning
- Architectural Design: Develop high-level architecture designs, diagrams, and blueprints that outline the structure of the solution.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend technologies and tools that fit the project requirements and align with the organization's technology stack.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, providing guidance and ensuring the implementation aligns with the architecture.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, updating them on progress, design changes, and potential risks
- Implementation Support
- Oversight: Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to the architectural plan and addressing any deviations.
- Integration: Ensure smooth integration of various system components, both internal and external.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a IT architect (solution, cloud, enterprise, software) (5 years)
- Proven experience with modelling tool Enterprise Architect
- Proven experience with UML and ArchiMate modelling languages
- Proven knowledge of ITIL processes
- Proven experience with integration between different ITSM tools
- Proven experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow ITSM, Jira Service Management, TOPdesk ITSM)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Proven experience with cloud infra monitoring tools
- Proven experience with event management & automation
- Proven experience with IT application monitoring tools
- Fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of the second language, good knowledge of English
