Freelance Chapter Lead FA / BA

One of our customers is looking for an experience Fhapter Lead FA/BA.

As the chapter lead analysts, you will be the people manager for the business and functional analysts. A part of the analysts is having the role of product owner. You will assign the analysts and product owners to a scrum team (squad). You will coach and support the analysts and product owners and increase their knowledge via team meetings, team events, training, workshops and peer to peer interactions. As member of the extended management team, you will participate in the continuous improvement of the organization. You will be able to take part in analysis or product ownership when you think it’s needed. Min 2 days on-site presence/week. Travel to different sites if necessary:

• Support the team members with advice and supportive actions 
• Be point of contact in case of questions or issues with the quality of work of the analysts and product owners 
• Participate in discussions with the extended management team in order to improve the way of working of the organization

Wishlist

• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Business and Functional Analysis 
• Good knowledge of scrum as scrum master or product owner
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus
• Positive and constructive attitude, can do mentality
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
• Language Dutch, French and English
