We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing Data Warehouse projects in an agile way.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end data warehouse implementations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget. This person has a strong understanding of conceptual analytical data platforms, next to basic knowledge regarding BI methodologies.
As a project manager, you will be defining, implementing and managing a project from conception to final delivery. You will be responsible for achieving optimal results, conforming to standards for quality, safety and sustainability and complying with defined scope, performance, costs, and schedule.
Your main responsibilities are:
Project Planning and Execution:
– Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
– Execute and monitor project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
– Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
Stakeholder Communication:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
– Provide regular updates on project progress to key stakeholders.
Resource Management:
– Effectively allocate and manage project resources to optimize productivity.
– Work closely with team members to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
Quality Assurance:
– Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data warehouse solutions.
– Conduct regular reviews to validate that project deliverables meet established standards.
Budget Management:
– Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
– Monitor project expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Knowledge of English is key, Dutch is a plus.
