​​​For one of our clients in the Brussels region, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Business Specialist with a strong business mindset and excellent communication skills.
Are you a senior Business Analyst who operates close to the business rather than IT? Do you thrive in complex environments where you can bridge strategy, processes, and applications? And most importantly: are you professionally bilingual in Dutch and French and able to navigate seamlessly between both languages?

You will join a large-scale organization active in the healthcare domain, where you will play a key role in shaping and improving applications supporting core business processes. You will work in a business-driven environment (not embedded in a Scrum team) and act as a crucial link between stakeholders, processes, and IT solutions.

• Act as a true business partner, capturing and translating business needs into functional solutions

• You have minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Specialist. How many years experience do you have?
• You have strong experience working close to business stakeholders (not IT-driven environments). How many years experience do you have?
• You are professionally bilingual in Dutch and French (both spoken and written). How many years experience do you have working in both languages?
• You have experience in complex organizations and stakeholder management. How many years experience do you have?
• You have strong analytical skills and can translate needs into clear functional analyses. How many years experience do you have?
• You are able to work both autonomously and collaboratively. How many years experience do you have?
• You have experience influencing stakeholders and driving decisions. How many years experience do you have?
• You are proactive, structured, and result-oriented. How many years experience do you have?
• Knowledge of healthcare, mutualities, RIZIV or insurance domain is a strong plus. How many years experience do you have?
